RESOLUTION NO. 8399 <br /> CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING STANTEC CONSULTING SERVICES INC. TO <br /> COMPLETE PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR THE MUSTANG DRIVE AND <br /> MUSTANG CIRCLE PAVEMENT REHABILITATION AND DRAINAGE <br /> IMPROVEMENTS <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Mounds View is considering to rehabilitate Mustang Drive <br /> and Mustang Circle; and, <br /> WHEREAS, this project will include pavement rehabilitation and drainage <br /> improvements; and, <br /> WHEREAS, this project is proposed to be assessed in accordance with Chapter <br /> 202 of the Municipal Code; and, <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council has ordered a feasibility study to include cost <br /> estimates in unit prices and total project cost; and, <br /> WHEREAS, the estimated total cost of the improvement derived from the <br /> feasibility study is $610,000.00; and, <br /> WHEREAS, February 23, 2015 City Council held a Public Hearing for Mustang <br /> Drive/Mustang Circle Pavement Rehabilitation and Drainage Improvements; and, <br /> WHEREAS, a period of sixty days was required to elapse after the Public <br /> Hearing before any further action could be taken by the City Council regarding the <br /> project. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of <br /> Mounds View authorizes Stantec Consulting Services, Inc. to complete the plans and <br /> specifications for Mustang Drive/ Mustang Circle pavement rehabilitation and drainage <br /> improvements. <br /> Adopted this 27th day of April, 2015 <br /> ATTEST: <br /> Joe Flahe <br /> (SEAL) .o <br /> James Ericson, City Administrator <br />
