<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 5632 <br /> <br />CITY OF MONDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />Approving a Wage Adjustment for Tom Kinney <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Tom Kinney is a regular full-time employee who began <br />working for the City of Mounds View on October 15, 1985; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Mr. Kinney's work performance has been rated satisfactory or <br />higher by his supervisor; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the 2001 labor agreement with the City's police officers states <br />that "After sixteen (16) years of continuous employment each employee shall <br />choose to be paid supplementary pay of nine percent (9%) of the employee's <br />base rate or supplementary pay based on educational credits as outlined in 27.6 <br />of this ARTICLE" <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Mr. Kinney has chosen to receive supplementary pay. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City <br />Council does hereby approve a wage adjustment reflecting 9% of base pay for <br />Tom Kinney ($54,017.60) effective October 15, 2001. <br /> <br />Presented this 8th day of October, 2001. <br /> <br />~~- <br /> <br />Rich Sonterre, Mayor <br /> <br />(ATTEST) <br /> <br />(SEAL) <br /> <br />) - <br />=j; aJp( I. ~/Y' _ j.l~ <br />, 1--1'-- L.'-^ <br />Kathleen F.
