<br />. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 5638 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING KENNEL LICENSES FOR <br />SHAM-O-JETS KENNEL AND GERALDINE GROSSLEIN <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Sham-a-Jets Kennel and Geraldine Grosslein have <br />applied to have their commercial and residential kennel licenses renewed; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the appropriate paperwork and fees have been <br />submitted to the City; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Police Department has indicated that there are no <br />incidences on record that would warrant denying the applications. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City <br />Council does grant commercial and residential kennel licenses respectively to <br />Sham-a-Jets and Geraldine Grosslein, and <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that these <br />licenses will expire June 30, 2002. <br /> <br />Adopted this 22nd day of October, 2001. <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />Richard Santerre, Mayor <br /> <br />SEAL <br /> <br />/!. /, "---A (.---..JL,'-, I I <br />{'\ dt(\.~---I / / v L,V\..A^-~ <br />Kathl~en Miller, City Administrator <br /> <br /> Motion by: Marty <br /> Second by: Stigney <br /> Santerre Aye <br />.
