RESOLUTION NO. 8405 <br /> CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> ADOPTING A FIVE YEAR FINANCIAL PLAN <br /> FOR 2016 thru 2020 <br /> WHEREAS, the City Charter, Section 7.05 subdivision 1, calls for the City <br /> Council to have prepared a five year financial plan commencing with the ensuing <br /> calendar year; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council and staff have reviewed this document; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council shall discuss and take public comment at a City <br /> Council Meeting and adopt by motion or resolution the five year financial plan, with or <br /> without amendment; and <br /> WHEREAS, the five year financial plan is a work-in-progress and a guide for <br /> Council and staff to make and plan for longer range decisions but does not bind or <br /> obligate future Councils. <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City Council does <br /> hereby adopt the Five Year Financial Plan for the period 2016 thru 2020, as attached. <br /> Adopted this 11`" day of May, 2015. <br /> oe Flaherty, Mayor <br /> ATTEST <br /> $n/ <br /> James Ericson, City Administrator <br /> (SEAL) <br />
