<br />* ~ ,.. ~ <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 5645 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING EXTRA DUTY PAY FOR CERTAIN PUBLIC <br />WORKS AND GOLF COURSE PERSONNEL <br /> <br />WHEREAS, several public works and golf course personnel have <br />taken on additional responsibilities in the absence of department heads; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, these additional responsibilities include attending <br />council meetings, preparing staff reports, coordinating projects, landscaping and <br />operating and repairing the irrigation system; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the division of department head duties in this situation <br />does not fall under any other city policy for compensating employees who take <br />on additional responsibilities (i.e. Resolutions 5427 [Compensation for Interim <br />Management Employees] and 5626 [Compensating Individuals Working in <br />Higher Classification Positions]). <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City <br />Council does authorize compensating the individuals in the positions listed below <br />at the indicated percentage rate: <br /> <br />· Public Works Foreman 10% <br />· Information Services Engineer/Tech 5% <br />· Public Works Administrative Assistant 5% <br />· Parks Foreman 7.5% <br />· Seasonal Maintenance Worker 7.5% <br />· Clubhouse Manager 5%; and <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the <br />percentages indicated above will be applied to each employee's base rate of pay; <br />and <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that for the <br />Public Works Foreman, Information Services Engineer/Tech and the Public <br />Works Administrative Assistant extra duty pay will be in effect from August 3, <br />2001 until the department head position is filled or until the individuals are no <br />longer performing extra duties, whichever occurs first; and <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT FINALLY RESOLVED that for the <br />Parks Foreman, Seasonal Maintenance Worker and Clubhouse Manager extra <br />
