<br />f <br />.. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 5648 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF A RELOCATED DRIVEWAY <br />ASSOCIATED WITH THE APPROVED DEVELOPMENT AT 7664 GREENFIELD <br />AVENUE; PLANNING CASE NO. DEOO-002. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the subject property is zoned B-3, Highway Business, is designated <br />as a "Neighborhood Commercial" use on the Comprehensive Plan and is legally <br />described as follows: <br /> <br />Lot 30, Block 3, Greenfield Plat 2, Subject to Road Easement <br />Ramsey County, State of Minnesota <br /> <br />WHEREAS, on February 26,2001, the City Council approved Resolution 5527, a <br />resolution approving a development review to construct a 2,006 square-foot office <br />building at 7664 Greenfield Avenue, as requested by the applicant, Tony Mezzenga; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, on March 12,2001, the City Council adopted Resolution 5536 which <br />amended Resolution 5527 with regard only to the fencing and screening requirements; <br />and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, on June 25, 2001, the City Council adopted Resolution 5572 which <br />further amended Resolution 5527 by allowing the building to be two stories in height <br />rather than one and a half stories; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Ramsey County denied a driveway access permit onto County Road I <br />due to the presence of a county integrated stormsewer catch basin and plans to reroute <br />the access around the catch basin were deemed unacceptable; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, as a result, the applicant has submitted revised plans date-stamped <br />October 29, 2001 which relocate the access onto Greenfield Avenue in full compliance <br />with the approved setback requirements; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Mounds View Planning Commission recommended that the site <br />plan revision relocating the driveway from County Road I to Greenfield Avenue be <br />approved. <br />
