<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 5656 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION CLOSING CITY HALL FOR <br />CHRISTIMAS EVE (DECEMBER 24,2001) <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Section 3.10 of the City of Mounds View Personnel <br />Manual states that employees will have "4 hours [off] Christmas Eve Day.. .in <br />years where Christmas Eve.. .falls on a Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, <br />Thursday; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, in 2001 Christmas Eve falls on a Monday and <br />Christmas falls on a Tuesday; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, staff is anticipating few, if any, calls or visits from <br />residents on Christmas Eve; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it is anticipated that several employees will request the <br />use of personal time on Christmas Eve. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that City Hall will be <br />closed all day Monday, December 24,2001; and <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that all <br />employees will be given the option of using 4 hours of vacation, flex time, <br />compensatory time or unpaid leave; and <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT FINALLY RESOLVED that all police <br />personnel will work their regularly scheduled hours. <br /> <br />Adopted this 26th day of November, 2001. <br /> <br />~c-~ <br /> <br />Richard Santerre, Mayor <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /><;,' ,..,1 ' " ['::---J- 'ft,~LlL. <br /> <br />Kathie n Miller, City Administrator <br /> <br />SEAL <br />
