<br />. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 5662 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING A STEP ADJUSTMENT FOR JIM ERICSON, COMMUNITY <br />DEVELOPMENT DIRECTOR <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Jim Ericson is a regular full-time employee who began working for the <br />City of Mounds View on September 30, 1996: and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Jim Ericson was promoted to Community Development Director on <br />November 17, 2000; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Jim Ericson's supervisor has determined that Mr. Ericson has more than <br />satisfactorily performed in the capacity of Community Development Director: and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Jim Ericson's last step increase was approved by the City Council on <br />September 10,2001 and took effect May 17, 2001 (six month anniversary); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Jim Ericson has served satisfactorily in the position of Community <br />Development Director for one year, Mr. Ericson's supervisor recommends the City Council <br />approve a wage adjustment, from step two to step three, consistent with the City's <br />compensation policy as outlined in the City's Personnel Manual. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City Council does <br />hereby approve a wage adjustment for Jim Ericson, as Community Development Director, <br />from step two (S59,573.71) to step three ($63,078.05). effective November 17, 2001. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that all subsequent step <br />increases will occur annually on Mr. Ericson's anniversary date (November 17'11) pending <br />satisfactory performance, <br /> <br />Presented this 10111 day of December 2001. <br /> <br />(ATTEST) <br /> <br />~~ <br /> <br />Richard Sonterre, ayor <br /> <br /> (SEAL) <br /> Motion By: Marty <br /> Second By: Thomas <br /> Santerre: Absent <br />.
