<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 5681 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION HIRING TOM HAACK AS A <br />PUBLIC WORKS MAINTENANCE WORKER <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Mounds View City Council has given direction to hire for <br />the Public Works Maintenance position; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Tom Haack is being recommended to fill the vacant position <br />and would begin employment with the City on, or shortly after, January 8, 2002; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Mr. Haack will be compensated at 80% of Level A <br />($11.15/hr). Pending satisfactory quarterly performance evaluations during the one year <br />probationary period, Mr. Haack's pay would increase 5% every quarter until he reaches <br />100% of Level A ($13.93/hr). All subsequent pay increases would occur per the <br />bargaining unit agreement.
