<br />r <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />.. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 5688 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING A DEVELOP:vIENT REVIE\V AND CONDITIONAL USE <br />PERMIT FOR EDGE\VOOD MIDDLE SCHOOL, 5100 EDGE\VOOD DRIVE; <br />MOUNDS VIE\V PLANNING CASES DEOt-005 & CUOI-004 <br /> <br />\VHEREAS, The applicant, Edgewood Middle School (Mounds View Independent <br />School District 621), has applied for a development review to construct a 15,669 square foot <br />building expansion and parking lot alteration; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Edgewood Elementary School is located at 5100 Edgewood Drive, <br />prope11y zoned R-l, Single-Family Residential, and is legally-described as follows: <br /> <br />Subject to road alld highlt'ay easemel/ts, <br />640feet qf'south 190feet, the southeast ~.~ (~f' <br />southwest % qlSectioll 8, Towl/ship 30, Ral/ge 23 <br />Ralllsey COllll()', Stale (~lA!illl/esola <br /> <br />\VHEREAS, according to Section 1006.06 o[the Mounds View Municipal Code, any new <br />construction or expansion of existing facilities requires the approval of a development review; and, <br /> <br />\VI-IEREAS, according to Section 1106.04 oCthe Mounds View Zoning Code, schools <br />are conditionally permitted in the R-l, Single-Family Residential district; and, <br /> <br />\VHEREAS, the applicant submitted a set of plans, date stamped 11/28/01, pertaining to <br />the expansion which included a Site Plan, Demolition Plan, Site Layout Plan, Grading and <br />Drainage Plan, Site Detail Plan, Exterior Elevations, and Interior Floor Plan, all of which shall <br />collectively be referred to as the "Site Plans;" and, <br /> <br />\VHEREAS, the expansion wi 11 add 15,669 square feet of space to the school as shown <br />
