<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 5704 <br />Approving Public Works 2002 Seasonal Positions <br /> <br />EXHIBIT A <br /> <br />Public Works and Parks Seasonal Workers will perform labor that includes skilled <br />and unskilled tasks. Employees will operate equipment such as mowers, line <br />trimmers, dragging equipment and rollers. <br /> <br />Ten (10) seasonal positions will be filled, with new hires starting at the hourly rate <br />of $9.50/hr with the possibility of advancing to $1 O.OO/hr after one month of <br />satisfactory performance. Returning seasonal workers will be compensated at <br />$10.25/hr. Each position will work 40 hours per week. Overtime will not exceed a <br />total of 50 hours for the entire season. <br /> <br />These seasonal positions will remain on staff for not more than six months <br />
