RESOLUTION 8410 <br /> CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AN OFF-SALE INTOXICATING LIQUOR LICENSE <br /> FOR ABC LIQUOR LOCATED AT 2840 COUNTY ROAD 10 <br /> WHEREAS, ABC Liquor's Intoxicating Liquor License expires June 30, 2015; and <br /> WHEREAS, all City of Mounds View business licenses must be approved by the City <br /> Council; and <br /> WHEREAS, Staff recommends approval of ABC Liquor's Off-Sale Intoxicating <br /> Liquor License for the period of July 1, 2015 to June 30, 2016, contingent on a satisfactory <br /> criminal background check. <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Mounds View City Council does <br /> hereby approve an Off-Sale Intoxicating Liquor License for ABC Liquor for the period of <br /> July 1, 2015 to June 30, 2016, contingent on a satisfactory criminal background check. <br /> Adopted this 8th day of June, 2015. <br /> Off <br /> - Flaherty,ihaster <br /> ATTEST: C <br /> dafivtkal <br /> James Ericson, City Administrator <br /> (seal) <br />
