<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 5726 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF A DEVELOPMENT REVIEW REQUEST <br />FOR A BUILDING EXPANSION AT FEDTECH LOCATED AT 5763 MUSTANG CIRCLE; <br />PLANNING CASE NO. DE02-001. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, FedTech has applied for a development review to construct a 12,000 <br />square foot addition to their existing facility located at 5763 Mustang Circle; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the subject property is zoned PUD, Planed Unit Development, and is legally <br />described as follows: <br /> <br />Mounds View Industrial Park NO.2 <br />Ramsey County <br />State of Minnesota <br /> <br />WHEREAS, according to Section 1006.06 of the Mounds View Municipal Code, any new <br />construction or expansion of existing facilities requires the approval of a development review; <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, according to the conditions of this approved PUD, light manufacturing is an <br />allowed use at this location; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Mounds View City Council has reviewed the following documents <br />regarding this proposal: <br /> <br />1. <br />2. <br />3. <br />4. <br />5. <br />6. <br />7. <br /> <br />Site Plans, Date-stamped February 26, 2002 <br />Zoning Map <br />Site Map <br />Building Plan <br />Elevation Drawing <br />Planning Commission Resolution 693-02 <br />Staff Report <br /> <br />,. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the proposed development satisfies all applicable requirements of the <br />Zoning Code; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the site plans date-stamped February 26, 2002 indicate that the proposed <br />addition would be 200 feet by 60 feet with a footprint of 12,000 square feet; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the number of parking stalls provided, 135, satisfies the requirements in the <br />Zoning Code. <br />
