<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 5732 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING A MINOR SUBDIVISION OF THE PROPERTY <br />LOCATED AT 7653 GROVELAND ROAD; MOUNDS VIEW PLANNING CASE <br />NO. M102-001 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Terry Martinson has requested approval of a minor subdivision of <br />7653 Groveland Road, zoned R-1, Single Family Residential, and legally-described as <br />follows: <br /> <br />Spring Lake Park Knolls Addition, Lot 3 <br />Except the East 7 Feet Thereof, <br />Ramsey County <br />State of Minnesota <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the applicant has submitted a Certificate of Survey for the above <br />described property; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the following documents regarding <br />this proposal: <br /> <br />1. Certificate of Survey <br />2. Staff Report <br />3. Planning Commission Resolution 691-02 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the applicant proposes to split off the rear 204 feet of the property to <br />create a 27.060 square foot buildable lot fronting Silver Lake Road and would be legally <br />described as follows: <br /> <br />That part of Lot 3, Spring Lake Knolls, Ramsey County, Minnesota, <br />which lies east of the west 205. 1 feet thereof <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the applicant's request for a minor <br />subdivision and has determined that it is in conformance with Chapters 1104, 1201, and <br />1202 of the Municipal Code; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the applicant's request for a minor <br />subdivision is in conformance with the Comprehensive Plan; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Engineering Technician and Public Works Director for the City of <br />Mounds View have reviewed the proposed minor subdivision and have found it <br />acceptable; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Ramsey County Traffic Engineer has reviewed the proposed <br />minor subdivision and has found it acceptable; and <br />
