<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />.". <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 5736 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING A DEVELOPMENT REVIEW FOR THE NATIONAL <br />HANDICAP HOUSING INSTITUTE (NHHI) TO CONSTRUCT A 20 UNIT HOUSING <br />FACILITY AT THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF COUNTY ROAD I AND MOUNDS <br />VIEW DRIVE; PLANNING CASE NO. DE02-002. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, NHHI has applied for a development review to construct a 20 unit <br />housing facility at the southeast corner of County Road I and Mounds View Drive; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the subject property is zoned R-4, High Density Residential, and is <br />legally described as follows: <br /> <br />Tract A, Registered Land Survey No 414, <br />Files of Registrar of Titles, <br />Ramsey County <br />State of Minnesota <br /> <br />WHEREAS, according to Section 1006.06 of the Mounds View Municipal Code, <br />any new construction or expansion of existing facilities requires the approval of a <br />development review; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, according to the Zoning Code, multi-family housing is an allowed use <br />in the R-4 Zoning District; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Mounds View City Council has reviewed the following <br />documents regarding this proposal: <br /> <br />a. Planning Application <br />b. Zoning Map <br />c. Letter from Applicant <br />d. Site Plan Packet <br />e. Staff Report <br />f. Planning Commission Resolution 690-02 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the site plans date-stamped February 14, 2002 indicate that the <br />proposed building would be 20,660 square feet; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the number of parking stalls provided, 30, is less than the minimum <br />allowed (50) in the Zoning Code for this type of facility. <br />
