<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />.. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO, 5744 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING A WAGE ADJUSTMENT <br />FOR CHARLES HANSEN <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Mounds View City Council appointed Charles <br />Hansen to fill the position of Finance Director on September 24th, 2001; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Mr. Hansen began employment with the City of Mounds View <br />on October 1,2001; and <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Mr. Hansen performance evaluation has been completed; <br /> <br />WHEREAS, his performance has been rated more than satisfactorily by <br />his supervisor; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Resolution No. 5625 states "that the City Council authorizes <br />". . . an increase to $69,456.55 (step 4) in six months pending a satisfactory <br />performance evaluation. . . <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City <br />Council does hereby approve the recommended step increase for Charles <br />Hansen to $69,456.55 (step 4) effective April 1 , 2002. <br /> <br />Adopted this 8th day of April, 2002. <br /> <br />'~~ <br /> <br />Richard Sontere, Mayor <br /> <br />t( 4k WJ~ <br /> <br />Kathleen F.
