<br />RESOLUTION NO. 5762 <br />APPROVAL OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS, AUTHORIZATION TO ADVERTISE <br />FOR BIDS, AND ESTABLISH A BID DATE FOR THE COUNTY ROAD H2 STREET <br />. PROJECT <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />WHEREAS, on October 8, 2001 the City Council adopted Resolution No. <br />5621 authorizing the preparation of construction plans and specifications for the County <br />Road H2 Street Improvement Project; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, said plans have been prepared in accordance with City <br />standards and the preliminary engineering report. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of <br />Mounds View, Ramsey County, Minnesota as follows: <br /> <br />1. The plans and specifications for the County Road H2 Street Improvement <br />Project which were prepared pursuant to Resolution No. 5621 adopted by <br />the City Council on October 8,2001 are hereby approved as the plans and <br />specifications in accordance with which said improvements shall be <br />co n stru cted. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />2. <br /> <br />That a date to receive bids for said improvements is hereby established on <br />June 13,2002 at 10:00 a.m. <br /> <br />3.
