<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 5825 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING A DEVELOPMENT REVIEW FOR A PARKING LOT <br />EXPANSION FOR THE JAKE'S SPORTS CAFE LOCATED AT <br />2400 COUNTY ROAD 10; PLANNING CASE DE02-005 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the applicants, Tony Jacob and Rob Jacob (the "Jacobs"), owners of Jake's <br />Sports Cafe, located at 2400 County Road 10, have applied for a development review to expand <br />their parking lot onto the adjacent undeveloped lot addressed 2404 County Road 10; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, The undeveloped parcel, formerly associated with the Theater PUD, is <br />legally described as follows: <br /> <br />Lot 2, Block I <br />Anthony Propertie.\' Addition <br />Ramsey County, Afinnesota <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Mounds View City Council has reviewed the following documents <br />regarding this proposal: <br /> <br />1. Planning Application <br />2. Zoning Map <br />3. Location Map <br />4. Site Plan (datc stamped 8/14/02) <br />5. Staff Report <br /> <br />WHEREAS, on July 22,2002 the City Council adopted Resolution 5802 which approved <br />the removal of the subject parcel from the Theater Planned Unit Development, <br />re-establishing the thirty-foot setback to County Road H2; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, as a condition of approving Resolution 5802, the Council required that the <br />Jacobs make application for a development review for the parking expansion in accordance with <br />Section 1006.06, Subdivision 2 of the Mounds View Municipal Code; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, before development may proceed, the Planning Commission and City <br />Council is required to review and approve all applications for development; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission considered the development review request at <br />their meeting on August 21, 2002 and recommended approval of the development review subject <br />to conditions articulated herein. <br />
