<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 5843 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASE OF A NEW FILE SERVER FOR THE <br />FINANCE DEPARTMENT <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Charter, Section 7.08 gives the City Council authority to <br />amend the budget by resolution; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the 2002 budget provides $5,000 for accounting software for the <br />Finance Department; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, no additional accounting software is needed; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, There is a need to replace the file server that supports all of the <br />accounting software packaged. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, THAT the Finance Department is <br />authorized to spend up to $4,000 to purchase a new file server. <br /> <br />Adopted this 23rd day of September 2002. <br /> <br />.~~--- <br /> <br />Richard Sonterre, Mayor <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />'7,....~_>~_k~ "::r"') ;u.L.~ <br /> <br />Kathleen F.
