RESOLUTION NO. 8447 <br /> CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> APPROVING THE FINAL LAYOUT OF COUNTY STATE AID HIGHWAY 10, COUNTY <br /> ROAD H AND I-35W INTERCHANGE LAYOUT <br /> WHEREAS, Ramsey County is proposing to undertake an improvement of the <br /> County State Aid Highway 10, County Road H and I-35W Interchange, and; <br /> WHEREAS, Ramsey County has prepared a layout which addresses the <br /> concerns of the City of Mounds View, and; <br /> WHEREAS, Ramsey County is requesting municipal consent approving the final <br /> layout, and; <br /> WHEREAS, the final layout is on file at the Ramsey County Public Works office, <br /> and; <br /> WHEREAS, the Mounds View City Council held a Public Hearing on August 24, <br /> 2015 on the final layout. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by City Council of the City of Mounds <br /> View, Ramsey County, Minnesota that the City of Mounds View approves the final <br /> layout of the County State Aid Highway 10, County Road H and I-35W Interchange. <br /> Adopted this 24th day of August, 2015 <br /> I <br /> J• Flahertyy, ' ay. <br /> ATTEST: <br /> James Ericson, City Administrator <br /> (SEAL) <br />
