<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 5850 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION DENYING A REZONING OF THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT 2925 <br />COUNTY HIGHWAY 10 FROM R-1, SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL, TO R-3, <br />MEDIUM DENSITY RESIDENTIAL AND THE PROPRTY LOCATED AT 2901 <br />COUNTY HIGHWAY 10 FROM B-3, HIGHWAY BUSINESS DISTRICT, TO R-3, <br />MEDIUM DENSITY RESIDENTIAL; PLANNING CASE NO. ZC02-004. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the applicant, John Matthews, has applied to rezone the properties <br />located at 2925 County Highway 10 and 2901 County Highway 10, with property <br />identification numbers as follows: <br /> <br />06-30-23-31-0031 <br />06-30-23-31-0173 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the city Council has reviewed the following documents regarding this <br />proposal: <br /> <br />1 Zoning Map <br />2 Location Map <br />3 Future Land Use Map <br />4 Planning Commission Resolution 706-02 <br />5 Staff Report <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission held a public hearing regarding this <br />request on Wednesday, August 21, 2002; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council held a public hearing regarding this request on <br />Monday, September 23, 2002; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, according to the City Code, the City Council is to consider the <br />possible adverse effects of the proposed rezoning and shall make a finding of fact <br />related to its review of the request; and, <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, the Mounds View City Council makes <br />the following findings regarding the possible adverse effects of this rezoning as required <br />by the Mounds View Zoning Code: <br /> <br />1. The Current zoning of the lots is R-1 , Single Family Residential and B-3, <br />Highway Business. The requested zoning of the lots is R-3, Medium Density <br />Residential. <br />
