RESOLUTION 8443 <br /> CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING THE REVISED MOUNDS VIEW COMMUNITY CENTER, <br /> PARKS AND RECREATION MANAGEMENT AGREEMENT WITH THE YMCA <br /> OF THE GREATER TWIN CITIES <br /> WHEREAS,the YMCA of the Greater Twin Cities, formerly the YMCA of Greater St. <br /> Paul, has been providing management and recreational programming services for the City <br /> of Mounds View since July of 1999; and, <br /> WHEREAS, the Agreement with the YMCA is outdated and in need of revision; and, <br /> WHEREAS, the City and the YMCA have been working on a revised agreement that <br /> was reviewed by the City Council at its Work Session on February 2, 2015; and, <br /> WHEREAS, the YMCA Advisory Committee has reviewed the proposed changes <br /> and recommend approval; and, <br /> WHEREAS, the City and the YMCA desire to execute the attached revised Mounds <br /> View Community Center, Parks and Recreation Management Agreement to be effective <br /> September 1, 2015. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Mounds View City Council does <br /> hereby approve the attached Mounds View Community Center, Parks And Recreation <br /> Management Agreement with the YMCA of the Greater Twin Cities, effective September 1, <br /> 2015, and authorizes the Mayor and City Administrator to execute said agreement on its <br /> behalf. <br /> Adopted this 24th day of August, 2015 <br /> / <br /> . •e Flahe • <br /> ATTEST: <br /> Lti�t,l� A <br /> Ja es Ericson, City Administrator <br /> (seal) <br />
