<br /> $2,000,000 to $3,000,000 $900 + ,0003 x (Value - $2,000,000)
<br /> $3,000,000 to $4,000,000 $1,200 + ,0002 x (Value - $3,000,000)
<br /> $4,000,000 to $5,000,000 $1,400 + .0001 x (Value - $4,000,000)
