<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 5305 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING A MINOR SUBDIVISION OF 8444 GREENWOOD <br />DRIVE FOR DAN DANIELSON; MOUNDS VIEW PLANNING CASE NO. 540-98 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Dan Danielson, representing his parents Ernest & Marlene Danielson, has <br />requested approval for a minor subdivision to divide property located at 8444 Greenwood Drive, <br />property zoned R-I, Single Family Residential, legally described as follows: <br /> <br />The South 234.98 Feet of Lot 5, Block 1, Danielson Addition, <br />Ram.\'ey County, State of Minnesota <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the two lots created by this minor subdivision, Parcel A (the northern parcel <br />with the existing home) and Parcel B (the southern parcel) would be legally described as follows: <br /> <br />Parcel A: <br /> <br />The North 156.97 Feet of the South 234.98 Feet of Lot 5, Block 1, <br />Danielson Addition, C'ounty of Ramsey, State (~f Minnesota <br /> <br />Parcel B: <br /> <br />The South 78.01 Feet of Lot 5, Block 1, Danielson Addition, County of <br />Ramsey, State of Minnesota <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Mounds View City Council has reviewed the applicant's request for a <br />minor subdivision and has determined that it is in conformance with Chapters] 104, 1201, and <br />1202 of the Municipal Code; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Mounds View City Council finds that the applicant's request for a minor <br />subdivision is in conformance with the Comprehensive Plan; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the applicant has submitted a Certificate of Survey for the above described <br />property; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Engineer has reviewed the proposed minor subdivision, legal <br />descriptions and easement areas and has found them acceptable; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, all subdivisions ofland are subject to a park dedication fee as required in <br />Section 1204.02 of the Municipal Code. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City Council approves <br />of the minor subdivision request made by Dan Danielson of 8444 Greenwood Drive, contingent <br />upon the following: <br /> <br />I. The applicant shall make payment of a park dedication fee of $ I ,574 according to <br />the requirements in Section 1204.02 of the Mounds View Municipal Code. <br />
