<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 5340 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING A DEVELOPMENT REVIEW FOR A FOUR-UNIT <br />MULTIPLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL DWELLING TO BE LOCATED AT <br />7623 - 7629 WOODLAWN DRIVE; PLANNING CASE NO. 555-99 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, PMJ Group, represented by Mike Juaire, has requested City approval of a <br />development review for a four-unit multiple family residential structure to be located at 7623 - <br />7629 Woodlawn Drive, legally described as follows: <br /> <br />Lot 9, Block 1, Parhiew Terrace <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Chapter 1006 of the Mounds View Municipal Code requires that a <br />development review be conducted for all commercial and industrial development and residential <br />development where more than two dwelling units are being erected within the City; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Mounds View City Council has reviewed the following documents <br />regarding this proposal: <br /> <br />1. <br />2. <br />3, <br />4. <br />5. <br /> <br />Planllmg Application <br />Zoning Map <br />Sitc, Landscapc, Drainagc, Parking Plans date-stampcd 6/7/99 <br />Elcvations, date-stampcd 6/7/99 <br />Planning Commission Resolution 580-99.approvcd 6/2/99 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Mounds View City Council finds that the site plan date-stamped June 7, <br />1999 conforms to the general zoning requirements of Chapter 1104 with regard to setbacks, <br />parking requirements, building height, minimum floor space, open space, and floor area; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Mounds View City Council is aware that City staff and the City Engineer <br />have reviewed two alternate drainage plans, each of which has been deemed suitable for addressing <br />drainage considerations; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Mounds View City Council finds that the building elevations and <br />architectural design of the structure has been improved according to the requests of Staff and the <br />Planning Commission; and., <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Mounds View Planning Commission has recommended to the City <br />Council approval of this development review subject to stipulations, most of which already <br />satisfied, <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Mounds View City Council <br />approves the development review for a four-unit multiple-family residential structure to be located <br />at 7623 - 7629 Woodlawn Drive, subject to the following stipulations: <br />
