The property is located on Higlrn/(lY 10, which is <br />the City's primary business corridor. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City Council <br />approves the conditional use permit requested for with the following stipulations: <br /> <br />1. Hours of operation shall not exceed 7 a.m. to 9 p.m. Monday through Friday, <br />9 a.m. to 9 p.m. on Saturdays, and 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Sundays. <br /> <br />2. Service of vehicles shall only be performed inside the building and shall be limited <br />to only those vehicles on site for rent or sale. There shall not be any service of <br />vehicles allowed for the general public. <br /> <br />3. <br /> <br />The applicant shall install two "No Parking" signs along the Spring Lake Road <br />right of way. <br /> <br />4. Other than the vehicles for rent or sale, there shall be no outside storage allowed <br />without the prior approval of an amendment to this conditional use permit. <br /> <br />5. Automobile sales will be limited to a maximum of three vehicles at one time. <br /> <br />6. Other than any signage within the building's interior, there shall be no sign age <br />allowed pertaining to the sale of vehicles. A vehicle may display a "for sale" sign <br />limited to 1 1f2 square feet only if said signage is restricted to the interior of the <br />vehicle. <br /> <br />7. No more than 23 vehicles shall be allowed to be parked outside on the premises at <br />anyone time, and only in accordance with the site plan date-stamped 7/15/99. <br /> <br />8. No vehicle shall be allowed to be parked on unimproved surface on the premises at <br />any time. <br /> <br />9. The applicant shall make landscaping improvements to the property consistent with <br />City Forester recommendations and as approved by the City Administrator. <br /> <br />10. <br /> <br />The parking of panel trucks, RVs, or trailers upon the premises for rent or sale <br />shall be prohibited. <br />
