When a plan is required to be submitted by Subsection (C) of Section 301 of the Uniform Building Code, except for residential garages, storage buildings, decks and additions costing less than $10,000.00 a plan review fee equal to 65% of the building permit fee shall be paid. When plans are incomplete or changed so as to require additional plan checking, an additional fee shall be paid based upon Table 3A of the Uniform Building Code. (D) Permit Fee Schedules.
