When <br />plans are incomplete or changed so as to require additional <br />plan checking, an additional fee shall be paid based upon <br />Table 3A of the Uniform Building Code. <br /> <br />(D) Permit Fee Schedules. The following fee schedules apply to <br />the indicated section of Chapter 59.03 (Types of work <br />requiring a permit.) <br /> <br />Subdivision 2.
