<br />.' <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 4209 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING A CONDITIONAL USE <br />PERMIT TO ALLOW AN OVERSIZED GARAGE FOR TOM EDWARDS, <br />8315 PLEASANT VIEW DRIVE, PLANNING CASE NO. 340-92 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Mounds View City council has reviewed the <br />request of Tom Edwards for additional accessory square footage; <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Mounds View Zoning Ordinance allows by <br />conditional use permit up to 1,264 square feet of accessory <br />building square footage on one lot; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the proposed total accessory building square <br />footage on the lot is 1,184 square feet which is below the <br />maximum allowed; and L- <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the proposed building meets all applicable <br />setback requirements; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Mounds View Planning Commission has <br />reviewed the request and recommended approval in Resolution No. <br />331-92. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the city council of <br />the City of Mounds View approves the requested conditional use <br />permit for additional accessory building square footage by Tom <br />Edwards, 8315 Pleasant View Drive, contingent upon the following: <br /> <br />a) The conditional use permit be recorded with Ramsey <br />county. <br /> <br />b) The building be designed and maintained to provide a <br />uniform appearance with the dwelling unit. <br /> <br />c) Should the use change for what the permit was granted <br />for, the permit will become null and void. <br /> <br />Adopted this 23rd day of March, 1992. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> <br />(SEAL) <br />
