<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 4211 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT <br />TO CONSTRUCT AN ACCESSORY STRUCTURE WITHIN THE FLOOD ZONE, <br />STEVE BORDEN, 3009 COUNTY ROAD H, PLANNING CASE NO. 342-92 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Mounds View City council has reviewed the <br />request by Steve Borden for a conditional use permit to construct <br />an accessory structure in the flood plain zone; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Chapter 49 of the Mounds View Municipal Code <br />allows for the construction of an accessory building in the flood <br />plain zone by conditional use permit; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Engineer has reviewed the application <br />and found that impacts to the flood plain would be negligible. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View <br />city Council approves the conditional use permit to construct an <br />accessory structure within the flood plain zone. <br /> <br />Adopted this 11th day of May, 1992. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> <br />(SEAL) <br /> <br />~ <br />~~~~ <br />.
