<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />, <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2519 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT <br />AMENDMENT REQUEST BY EVEREST DEVELOPMENT FOR <br />MOUNDS VIEW BUSINESS PARK SOUTH <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Mounds View Planning Commission has reviewed <br />the request by Everest Development for a planned unit development <br />(PUD) amendment to the already approved PUD site plans for the <br />Mounds View Business Park South project; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the revised site plan is shown as Exhibit A and <br />dated July 31, 1989; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the changes involve an expansion of Building I <br />and reduction of Buildings Hand J; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the proposed building square footages are as <br />follows: <br /> <br />Building H <br />BU1lding I <br />Building J <br /> <br />67,463 <br />154,118 <br />65,274 <br /> <br />and; <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the proposed amendment increases parking by 30 <br />stalls for a total of 463 stalls which includes 12 handicapped <br />parking stalls; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission and City Council approves <br />deferral of upgrading the 33 parking stalls on the south drive <br />(southeast side from the end of the retaining wall moving south <br />towardsCounty Road H) until such time the City deems necessary; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, the proposed amendment meets the intent of the <br />or1ginal PUD site plan; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission and City Council have <br />reviewed the revised landscaping plans which calls for the same <br />quantity of landscape materials on the site and found that the <br />landscape plan meets the intent of the original landscape plan. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of <br />the City of Mounds View approves the proposed PUD amendment as <br />requested. <br /> <br />Adopted this 14th day of August, 1989. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> <br />(SEAL) <br />
