<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />e. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2520 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 2483 TO ADD RAMSEY <br />COUNTY RECORDING REQUIREMENTS REGARDING ZERO LOT LINE <br />SUBDIVISION REQUEST BY WALLY BAUER, 2565/2567 COUNTY ROAD I <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Mr. Wally Bauer was given approval by the Mounds <br />View City Council for a zero lot line subdivision for the <br />property located at 2565/2567 County Road I; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the property is legally described as Lot 6, Block <br />1, Bayport Acres; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, both Resolution Nos. 2483 and 2520 must be <br />recorded with Ramsey County. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of <br />the City of Mounds View approves the amendment to Resolution No. <br />2483. <br /> <br />Adopted this 14th day of August, 1989. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />~~--?/I ~ <br />Mayor <br /> <br />(SEAL) <br /> <br />
