<br />~,-_./ <br />..~" <br /> <br />.. <br /> <br />..- <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2524 <br /> <br />C1TY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT <br />SIGN PLAN AMENDMENT REQUEST BY TACO BELL FOR <br />MOUNDS VIEW BUSINESS PARK <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Mounds View City Council has received the <br />request by Taco Bell for a sign plan amendment to the already <br />approved sign plan: and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the change involves the a~dition of a 24 square <br />foot reader board to the freestanding sign: and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the total signage area is within the allowable <br />signage outlined in the Chapter 39 of the Mounds View Municipal <br />Code entitled, "Signs and Billboards": and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the proposed amendment meets the intent of the <br />original planned unit development sign plan. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of <br />the City of Mounds View approves the proposed planned unit <br />development sign plan amendment as requested. <br /> <br />Adopted this 14th day of August, 1989. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> <br />(SEAL) <br />
