<br />~. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />~n <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2526 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW TO EXECUTE <br />DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT NO. 89-91 WITH EVEREST DEVELOPMENT GROUP <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Mounds View Code, Chapter 40, requires a planned <br />unit development (PUD) and wetland alteration permit for the <br />proposal as requested by Everest Development Group; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Mounds View Planning Commission has reviewed <br />the proposed planned unit development and wetlands alteration <br />permit requests and recommended approval in Resolution No. 2525; <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Mounds View School District Board has <br />reviewed the PUD and wetland alteration permit requests and <br />agreed to the proposal at their August 14, 1989, regular meeting; <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Mounds View City Council has reviewed the PUD <br />and wetland alteration permit requests and the recommendation <br />action of the Planning Commission; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Mounds View City Council has stipulated <br />requirements to be included in Development Agreement No. 89-91, <br />hereto attached. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of <br />the City of Mounds View authorizes its Mayor and Clerk- <br />Administrator to execute Development Agreement No. 89-91 pursuant <br />to direction above. <br /> <br />Adopted this 28th day of August, 1989. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> <br />(SEAL) <br />
