<br />.,~ . <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />"i <br />. <br /> <br />, <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2527 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING A FINAL PLAT MAJOR SUBDIVISION FOR <br />MICHAEL MEZZENGA, APPROXIMATELY 8140/8212 LONG LAKE ROAD, <br />PLANNING CASE NO. 256-88 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Michael Mezzenga has requested approval of a <br />final plat major subdivision for the property located at <br />approximately 8140/8212 Long Lake Road to be named Long Lake <br />Woods and currently legally known as: <br /> <br />EXCEPT WEST 2112 FEET AND EXCEPT EAST 315 FEET OF NORTH <br />172.5 FEET THE NORTH 405 FEET OF SOUTH 810 FEET OF <br />NORTHEAST 1/4 SUBJECT OT ROAD IN SECTION 6, TOWNSHIP 30, <br />RANGE 23 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the final plat is shown as Attachment A and <br />received August 24, 1989: and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission and City Council have <br />reviewed the applicant's request for a major subdivision that <br />includes three (3) single family lots and one (1) outlot and <br />determines that it is in conformance with all applicable chapters <br />of the City Code: and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council approved the preliminary plat <br />per Resolution No. 2518: and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has preliminarily <br />discussed the potential concept development of Outlot A <br />and the upgrading of Greenwood Drive and determined that in the <br />event this area should be developed sometime in the future, the <br />necessary utility improvements in Long Lake Road should be <br />planned for this occurrence. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of <br />the City of Mounds View approves the final plat major subdivision <br />request of Michael Mezzenga contingent upon the following: <br /> <br />1) Providing the City with appropriate title abstracts <br />for each lot and outlot and recording those abstracts <br />with Ramsey County. <br /> <br />2) All requirements of the City Engineer are complied <br />with as outlined in City Engineer's memos dated <br />June 16, 1989 and August 24, 1989 and attached <br />hereto. <br /> <br />3) The Park Dedication requirements are satisfactorily <br />met. <br /> <br />Adopted this 28th day of August, 1989. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> <br />(SEAL) <br />
