<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />, <br /> <br /> <br />RESOLUTION <br /> <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VI <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />j <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE SIZING OF THE STORM SEWER PIPE IN <br />LONG LAKE ROAD SO AS NOT TO PRECLUDE FUTURE DEVELOPMENT <br />IN THE AREA BEHIND 8140/8212 LONG LAKE ROAD <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Mounds View Planning Commission held an <br />advertised informational meeting on July 19, 1989, regarding the <br />potential development of Mike Mezzenga's Outlot A, including the <br />upgrading of the back part of the lots fronting on Eastwood Road <br />and the upgrading of Greenwood Road in Mounds View; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission approved Mike Mezzenga's <br />major subdivision per Resolution No. 257-89; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council approved Mike Mezzenga's major <br />subdivision per Resolution No. 2527; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission continued discussing the <br />possible upgrading of the Outlot A and the back of the Eastwood <br />Road lots at their meeting on August 16, 1989; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission recommended to the City <br />Council that the storm sewer pipe in Long Lake Road should be <br />sized accordingly taking into consideration the possibility that <br />this area could develop at some time in the future. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of <br />the City of Mounds View approves the sizing of the storm sewer <br />pipe in Long Lake Road so as not to preclude future development <br />in this area. <br /> <br />Adopted this 25th day of September, 1989. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br />(SEAL) <br /> <br />Clerk-Administrator <br />
