<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2538 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING A WETLAND ALTERATION PERMIT <br />FOR SUPERAMERICA TO PERFORM WORK IN A WETLAND BUFFER <br />AREA AT 7295 SILVER LAKE ROAD, PLANNING CASE NO. 279-89 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Mounds View City Council has reviewed the <br />development request for a wetland alteration permit to allow <br />replacement of the building mansard, replacement of the face of <br />the free-standing sign, upgrade the parking lot and upgrade the <br />landscaping on the site; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the work to be completed immediately is the <br />replacement of the building mansard and the face of the sign; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the potential <br />possibility of installing gas pumps at this site; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the applicant has been informed that the City <br />does not desire gas pumps at this location; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the applicant indicated to the City that there is <br />no intent to pursue the installation of gas pumps at this <br />location. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of <br />the City of Mounds View approves the wetland alteration permit to <br />allow the upgrade changes in the wetland buffer zone including <br />replacement of the building mansard, replacement of the face of <br />the free-standing sign, upgrade the parking lot, and upgrade the <br />landscaping at 7295 Silver Lake Road contingent upon: <br /> <br />1. Prior to parking lot and landscaping improvements, <br />plans shall be submitted and approved by City Staff <br />including, but not limited to, City Planner, City <br />Engineer and City Forester. <br /> <br />Adopted this 25th day of September, 1989. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />~~~ <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br />(SEAL) <br /> <br />
