<br />- <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />ef <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2548 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING/DENYING A MINOR SUBDIVISION <br />(LOT COMBINATION) FOR TYSON TRUCKING, 4525 MUSTANG CIRCLE, <br />PLANNING CASE NO. 259-89 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council reviewed the minor subdivision <br />request which involves a lot combination of four (4) parcels <br />located at 4825 Mustang Circle, legally known as Mounds View <br />Industrial Park No.3, Block 1, Lots 4, 5, 6 and 7; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the lot combination would make this property one <br />(1) buildable lot; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the Certificate of <br />Survey and determines that it meets/does not meet the <br />requirements of Chapter 42 entitled, "Subdivision Regulations". <br /> <br />THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of <br />Mounds View approves/denies the requested minor <br />contingent upon: <br /> <br />NOW, <br />the City of <br />subdivision <br />... <br /> <br />1. The minor subdivision <br />by the City Engineer. <br /> <br />shall be reviewed and approved <br /> <br />2.
