4' th. e=~/ ...j ,,~ RESOLUTION NO. 2554 CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW COUNTY OF RAMSEY STATE OF MINNESOTA RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF MOUNDS VIEW SQUARE DEVELOPMENT STAGE AND FINAL STAGE PLAN REVIEW OF A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT/PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT FOR A HARDEES CONVENIENCE FOOD RESTAURANT, PLANNING CASE NO. 276-89 WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the requested partial rezoning from B-4 to B-3, concept, development and final stage plans for the conditional use permit/planned unit development to allow more than one principal building on the site and a conditional use permit for the convenience food restaurant to be located at the Mounds View Square Shopping Center site (PIN 07-30-23-11-0001): and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has recommended to the City Council approval of the request as described above per Resolution No. 265-89 approved on September 20, 1989, and Resolution No. 267-89 approved on October 4, 1989: and WHEREAS, the City Council reviewed and approved a first reading of Ordinance No. 479 to rezone a portion of the Mounds View Square Shopping Center from B-4 to B-3 on October 9, 1989: and WHEREAS, the City Council reviewed and approved a concept stage CUP/PUD plan to allow more than one (l) principal building on the site and a conditional use permit to allow a convenience food restaurant with drive-through facilities per Resolution No. 2544 adopted on October 9, 1989: and WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the development and final stage plans: and WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that the development stage and final stage plans are in conformance with the concept plan already approved: and WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the revised landscaping plan submitted October 9, 1989: and WHEREAS, the City CounCIl has reviewed City Forester Wriskey's memo regarding the revised landscaping plan dated October 10, 1989, and determined that it is acceptable.
