<br />\ <br />~\,\ <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2555 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CLERK-ADMINISTRATOR <br />AND MAYOR TO EXECUTE DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT NO. 89-93 <br />WITH PASTER ENTERPRISES AND HARDEES CORPORATION, <br />MOUNDS VIEW SQUARE SHOPPING CENTER <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Mounds View Code, Chapter 40, requires a <br />conditional use permit/planned unit development to allow more <br />than one principal building on a site and a conditional use <br />permit for a convenience food restaurant with drive-through <br />facilities~ and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Mounds View Planning Commission has reviewed <br />the proposal and recommended approval in Resolution No. 267-89~ <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has also reviewed the proposal <br />and the recommendation action of the Planning Commission~ and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has stipulated requirements in <br />Development Agreement No. 89-93. <br /> <br />[...-- ,NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of <br />the Clty of Mounds Vlew authorlzes ltS Clerk-Admlnlstrator and <br />Mayor to execute Development Agreement No. 89-93 pursuant to <br />direction found above and amendments per November 13, 1989, <br />meeting. <br /> <br />Adopted this 13th day of November, 1989. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />~?//~ <br /> <br />Mayor . <br /> <br />(SEAL) <br /> <br /> <br />" <br /> <br />-... <br /> <br />ar-- <br /> <br />-.,.....,. <br />
