<br />~, <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2557 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING USE OF MUNICIPAL STATE AID FUNDS <br />FOR THE CITY'S SHARE OF COSTS TRAFFIC SIGNAL UPGRADES ON <br />TRUNK HIGHWAY 10 BETWEEN SILVER LAKE ROAD AND COUNTY ROAD H <br /> <br />WHEREAS, It has been deemed advisable and necessary for the City <br />of Mounds view to participate in the cost of a construction <br />project located on T.H. 10 within the corporate limits of <br />Mounds View, and . <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Said construction project has been approved by the <br />Commissioner of Transportation and identified in his records <br />as S.P. 6402-42, S.A.P. 146-228-04, S.A.P. 146-234-03, <br />S.A.P. 62-603-07, S.A.P. 62-605-03, S.A.P. 62-644-14, S.A.P. <br />62-645-09, and S.A.P. 62-677-14. <br /> <br />~,.N, OW , THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That we do hereby appropriate <br />........ .from our Municipal State Aid Street Funds the sum of forty-one <br />.. thousand eight hundred twenty nine dollars and twenty-six cents <br />($41,829.26) to apply toward the construction of said proj,ect and <br />request the Commissioner of Transportation to approve this <br />authorization. <br /> <br />Adopted this 13th day of November, 1989. <br /> <br />SEAL <br /> <br /> <br />ATTEST <br /> <br />.. <br />
