<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2561 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING A WETLAND ALTERATION PERMIT FOR <br />KHOSROW DAIVARI, 7028 WOODLAWN DRIVE, PLANNING CASE NO. 283-89 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the request of <br />Khosrow Daivari, 7028 Knollwood Drive, for a wetland alteration <br />permit to construct an addition onto his home; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the property is legally known as Knollwood Park, <br />Lot 84; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the property in question, 7028 Knollwood Drive, <br />currently shares a driveway with 7044 Knollwood Drive; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Section 40.07, Subd. K(l), of the Zonlng Code <br />allows for shared driveways contingent upon: <br /> <br />1. Easement and maintenance agreements be drafted and <br />filed with Ramsey County on the properties affected. <br /> <br />2. Curb cut width shall not exceed that allowed by Code <br />(22 feet). <br /> <br />3. Off-street parking requirements for each property be <br />provided. The portion of the driveway shared cannot <br />be used to meet this requirement for either party; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the property in question is located within the <br />buffer zone of a wetland; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that the <br />requested wetland alteration permit will not impact the wetland. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the <br />City of Mounds View approves the requested wetland alteration <br />permit contingent upon: <br /> <br />1.
