<br />. <br /> <br />e- <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2566 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE MINOR SUBDIVISION REQUEST BY <br />VERNON HALL, 2186 BRONSON DRIVE, PLANNING CASE NO. 281-89 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Mounds View City Council has reviewed the <br />proposed minor subdivision request by Vernon Hall for the <br />property located at 2186 Bronson Drive, legally known as <br />Lambert's Addition, east 84 feet of Lot 1, Block 1, as shown on <br />the proposed Certificate of Survey dated September 28, 1989, with <br />revisions dated October 25, 1989~ and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, each of the proposed lots meet the minimum lot <br />area and width requirements as outlined in the zoning and <br />subdivision ordinances. <br /> <br />Section 40.04, Subd. C(3), indicates that a platted lot or <br />parcel of land of record on or prior to May 9, 1960, which <br />does not meet the requirements of this Code as to area, <br />width, or other open space may, if it is properly zoned, <br />be utilized for single family detached dwelling purposes <br />provided the measurements of such area with their open <br />space are within 70 percent of the requirement under the <br />terms of this Code, but said lot or parcel shall not be <br />more intensively developed. Such existing lots that fall <br />within 70 percent of the requirements and have lot widths <br />less than required by this Code shall be permitted to have <br />side yard setbacks in the same percentage proportion as <br />the lot width reaches the requirements of this Code. In <br />no case shall the side yard setback be less than five <br />feet. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of <br />the City of Mounds View approves the requested minor subdivision <br />contingent upon: <br /> <br />1. The two existing sheds be removed within one (1) year <br />of the date of final adoption of this resolution. <br /> <br />2. This resolution and Certificate of Survey dated <br />September 28, 1989, be recorded with Ramsey County <br />within sixty (60) days of final adoption. <br /> <br />3.
