<br />11' <br />'l <br />'t <br /> <br />.. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2582 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a meeting of <br />the City Council of the City of Mounds View, Minnesota, was <br />held at the City Hall, on December 18, 1989 with the following <br />members present: Mayor Hanker, Councilmembers Wuori, Quick, <br />Blanchard, Paone <br /> <br />and the following members absent: None <br /> <br />Member Wuori introduced the following resolution and moved its <br />adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION CERTIFYING THE 1990 BONDS AND INTEREST TAX LEVY <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Mounds <br />View, Minnesota, as follows: <br /> <br />1. That the bonds and interest tax levy scheduled <br />for 1990 for the General Obligation Water Revenue <br />Bonds of 1969, now called the 1976 General Obli- <br />gation Refunding Bonds is: $5,600.00 <br /> <br />2. That there is now on hand in and is hereby <br />irrevocably appropriated to the sinking fund for <br />the retirement of principal and interest on the <br />General Obligation Water Revenue Bonds of 1969 now <br />called the 1976 General Obligation Refunding Bonds <br />the sum of: $1,400.00 <br /> <br />That the County Auditor of Ramsey County is hereby <br />requested and directed to reduce by $1,400.00 the <br />taxes levied for collection in the next ensuing <br />year for payment of said principal and interest, <br />pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Section 475.61. <br /> <br />3. That the County Auditor of Ramsey County is hereby <br />requested and directed to levy upon taxable property <br />in the City of Mounds View the sum of $4,200.00 <br />for the payment of said principal and interest of <br />said bonds. <br />
