<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 4588 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT REQUEST BY <br />AUTO CENTRAL, 2975 HIGHWAY 10, PLANNING CASE NO. 379-94 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Auto Central has requested City approval to <br />operate a minor auto repair facility at 2975 Highway 10; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the property is legally known as Auditor's <br />Subdivision No. 89, st. Paul, Minnesota, the East 166 feet of <br />that part Northeasterly of Highway, Lot 13; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Mounds view Municipal Code allows minor <br />auto repair facilities in a B-3, Highway Commercial District; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Mounds View City Council has reviewed the <br />following documents regarding this proposal: <br /> <br />a) site plan received February 8, 1993, revised May <br />18, 1994 <br /> <br />b) Letter of request dated May 10, 1994 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that the <br />proposal is in conformance with the requirements of the Municipal <br />Code, specifically Title 1200. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View <br />City Council approves the conditional use permit with the <br />following conditions: <br /> <br />1. There shall be no outside loudspeakers at this <br />facility. <br /> <br />2. Only minor repairs and maintenance will be allowed <br />on site between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 9:00 <br />p.m. Monday through Saturday and between 11:00 <br />a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Sunday. <br /> <br />3. No major engine overhauls, transmission <br />replacement, or body work shall be allowed on the <br />site. <br />
