<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 4603 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE DEVELOPMENT REQUEST OF WOLF AND <br />ASSOCIATES, 4860 MUSTANG CIRCLE, PLANNING CASE NO. 386-94 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Wolf and Associates have requested City <br />approval to construct a 9,566 square foot addition to their <br />existing facility at 4860 Mustang Circle; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Chapter 1006 of the Mounds View Municipal Code <br />requires that a development review be conducted for this and <br />similar proposals; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewecl the following <br />documents regarding this development proposal: <br /> <br />1. Planning Application dated June 2, 1994 <br />2. Site Plan dated December 4, 1991 <br />3. Letter of Request (Attachment A); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that the <br />proposal is in conformance with all applicable requirements of <br />Chapter 1100. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View <br />City Council approves the development review request subject to <br />the following conditions: <br /> <br />1. Landscaping, approved by the City Forester, shall be <br />provided along the North property line to help minimize the <br />impact of the development on the Manufactured Home Park. <br /> <br />2. An easement shall be provided by the applicant for use as an <br />emergency access point to the adjacent Manufactured Home Park. <br /> <br />3.
