<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 4492 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY ADMINISTRATOR TO EXECUTE THE <br />SUPPLEMENTAL LETTER AGREEMENT WITH SEH FOR ENGINEERING SERVICES <br />FOR THE GOLF COURSE IN AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED $11,700 TO BE PAID <br />OUT OF THE PROCEEDS OF THE REVENUE BOND SALE AND ACCOUNT NO. 608- <br />4120-303 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the construction of the municipal golf course requires engineering <br />services to design and prepare specifications for the water and sewer connections to the <br />course; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the firm of SEH has been working with the City on the design and <br />construction of the course since its inception; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it remains financially prudent to extend the current agreement for <br />general engineering services to include those services required for the construction of <br />the golf course. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT the City Council in and for the City <br />of Mounds View does hereby authorize the City Administrator to execute the <br />Supplemental Letter Agreement, dated December 8, 1994, with the firms of SEH for <br />engineering services related to the construction of the golf course at a cost not to exceed <br />$11,700. . <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT the cost of the engineering services will be <br />paid from the proceeds of the Revenue Bond and account No. 698-4120-303. <br /> <br />Adopted this 24th day of January, 1994. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> <br />(SEAL) <br />
