<br />le <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 4495 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING FOCUS 2000 STEERING COMMllTEE AND <br />APPOINTING ISSUE PROJECT TEAMS MEMBERS TO SERVE <br /> <br />WHEREAS. the City of Mounds View held two publiC forums in July. 1993, in <br />which the Community shared ideas and concerns about the future direction of the <br />City; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS. over 100 people participated in these forums, resulting in the formation <br />of the three Issue Project Teams of City Government; Housing and Neighborhoods; <br />and Growth, Development. and Business who prepared a preliminary report; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS. a public forum was held in January, 1994, for the Issue Project Teams <br />to present their preliminary findings to the Community for input and feedback; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS. the Issue Project Teams have almost completed their reports and the <br />next step is to establish a Focus 2000 Steering Committee charged with writing <br />the community-wide Vision and Mission statements and overseeing the on-going <br />implementation process. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Focus 2000 Steering Committee be <br />established and the following Issue Project Team members are appointed to serve: <br /> <br />'. Dan Nelson - City Government <br />. Bill Wilson - City Government <br />. Stefan Benson - Housing and Neighborhoods <br />. Bob Easton - Housing and Neighborhoods <br />. Brian Sjoberg - Growth, Development and Business <br />.
