<br />. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 4496 <br /> <br />CrIY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUN'IY OF RAMSEY <br />STA'IE OF MINNJ:4S0TA <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION DEClARING CERTAIN ACCOUNIS BAD DEBTS AND <br />AUTIIORIZING THE FINANCE DEPARTMENT ID REMOVE THEM FROM <br />lliE CrrY'S FINANCIAL RECORDS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Finance Department has made numerous attempts to conect the <br />accounts listed below and not received payment; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, due to the amount of the acrounts pursuing other means of collection is <br />not cost efficient; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 7.01. of the Charter of the City of Mounds View the <br />Council has full authority over the financial affairs of the Oty; <br /> <br />. . NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Oty.of Mounds View <br />that the accounts listed on the attached sheet are hereby declared to be bad debts and <br />the Finance Department is directed to remove these accounts from the financial records <br />of the Oty. <br /> <br />Adopted this 14th day of February, 1994. <br /> <br />(SFAL) <br /> <br /> <br />ATlEST: <br /> <br />. <br />
