<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 4499 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOBUTION APPROVING THE MINOR SUBDIVISION REQUEST OF DOUG <br />JAGUNICH, 8191 SPRING LAKE ROAD, PLANNING CASE NO. 371-93 <br /> <br />~EREAS, the Mounds View City Council has reviewed the <br />proposed minor subdivision request by Doug Jagunich for the <br />property located at 8191 Spring Lake Road, legally known as: The <br />north 115 feet of Lot 33, Auditor's Subdivision No. 89, Ramsey <br />County Minnesota; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the applicant has provided the attached <br />certificate of Survey dated December 20, 1993 and revised January <br />31, 1994, showing two(2) parcels; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, each of the proposed lots meet minimum lot <br />standards as set forth in Chapters 40 and 42 of the Mounds View <br />Municipal Code. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View <br />City Council approves the minor subdivision request by Doug <br />Jagunich, 8191 Spring Lake Road, contingent upon the following: <br /> <br />1. The applicant pay the park dedication fee of $100.00. <br /> <br />2. This resolution and certificate of Survey be recorded <br />with Ramsey County within sixty (60) days of final <br />adoption. <br /> <br />3. Parcel 2 be combined with the property to the <br />immediate South to avoid the creation of a land-locked <br />parcel. <br /> <br />Adopted this 14th day of February, 1994. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> <br />(SEAL) <br />
