<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 4500 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING BUDGET TRANSFER <br />FOR PURCHASE OF TELEPHONE SYSTEM MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City installed a new telephone system one year ago; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this telephone system had a one year warranty on parts and <br />labor; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, that warranty has expired and the telephone system has no <br />coverage in the event of a problem; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, previous telephone systems have had maintenance agreements. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that $1956 be transferred from <br />Contingency Account # 100-4450-910-000 to Central Services Account # 100- <br />4190-513 for the purchase of telephone system maintenance agreement. <br /> <br />Adopted this 14th day of February, 1994. <br /> <br />(SEAL) <br /> <br /> <br />Attest: <br />
